Sheraton Norfolk Waterside Hotel

I love the stuff at the front desk name Georgette.She was so sweet when we checked in.It was a slight problem with our room not being serviced before we arrived and Georgette took care of that situation while we went to Walmart to pick up a few things.When we arrived back to the Marriott from Walmart Georgette accommodated us with dinner for two while we stayed at the Marriott on behalf of the hotel.We never got around to the dinner for me and my wife because we was enjoying Virginia.My wife and I really thought that was nice of her to even offer us that because of the situation with our room.Georgette overall was amazing and helpful to our needs at the time of our stay.Also not to mention Georgette helped get the bed I asked the front desk for to be delivered to my room at the Marriott.I will be looking for forward to seeing her at the front desk with that welcome back smile on her face in November. . .

The staff was awesome!! There was also a free snack hour which was nice and we didn't know about initially. They also had live singing which was great. The room was nice, very clean and the bed was super comfortable. I told the staff, I will definitely be back. It was also centrally located to several activities at Waterside. There was a parking garage nearby which only cost $16 overnight if you chose not to use valet.

The dinner was a amazing a side from the dessert though that was just cause I wasn't as in to chocolate as I thought. While in my room I was able to get on my YouTube on the provided TV super fast.

Friendliness of staff, the location was perfect, and a wonderful walkway outside along the river. We were upgraded because our room wasn’t ready when we got in and we were treated so well by management. A great experience.

Great location. Easy to get around. Great relaxed atmosphere. Food and drinks were great. All staff were very helpful.
